About Shuaib Al Suwaidi
Mr. Shuaib began his legal and administrative career with the Dubai Police General Command in 1989, where he served in various senior legal capacities for over 26 years. Throughout his tenure, he played a key role in shaping legal interpretations, advising senior leadership, and ensuring alignment between enforcement practices and statutory frameworks.
Following his official retirement in 2015, he continued to serve on a contractual basis, contributing to high-level legal policy development, grievance evaluations, and legislative analysis.
